Bearadise is a two-story, five-bedroom home tucked beneath mature trees on a large lot, with 2,980 sq ft of indoor space and plenty of room for groups to spread out. The lake and major Big Bear attractions remain within easy reach.
Inside, there is a large bar and game area, two gas fireplaces, a full kitchen and multiple places for a group to spread out. Outside, the private hot tub, grill, seating and basketball half court give you plenty to do without leaving the property.

Cancellation
Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, cancellation requests are reviewed case by case.
Cleaning fee
A $300 cleaning fee applies per stay.
Pets
Up to two small dogs under 20 lb each, or one dog over 20 lb up to 30 lb. The standard pet fee is $75 per stay. Dogs must stay off furniture and out of the spa.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are 9 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–7 AM on weekends. Keep windows closed and avoid loud outdoor noise during quiet hours.
Parking
Maximum legal parking is five vehicles. The driveway fits four cars; the garage is used primarily for storage.
Events & fire
Events, gatherings, and commercial filming require written approval. Bonfires and firepits are not permitted.
Discounts
Repeat guests receive 10% off the nightly rate after their first stay. Eligible active or retired military and first responders may receive 10% off with verification.
Guest access
Guests have access to the home apart from locked storage areas. Check-in access is provided through the approved booking workflow.
